I learned a lot from my college experience that’s carried with me through the last ten years, and one of the biggest things was either you did good or you fucked up. Middle ground was not important and shouldn’t be used to define you. We had a simple rating system that was quite effective, snaps for doing good, and hisses for being a jackass.
Snaps meant that you stayed in positive light, while the hisses mean that you were probably going to be stretched and a big pot of ice on your nuts. Same thing applies here, snaps for cool innovations, service, food, etc. Hisses for things that suck and aren’t worth my time or yours. Other rating systems are require too much subjectivity: 1-10, 5 stars, etc. I’m just here trying to make it easier.
